Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at thewhitecart.store@gmail.com with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a return and refund at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

  • Products must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return eligibility is subject to supplier verification.

  • We currently do not offer replacements. Refunds are issued only when the product is returned and verified.
